We had a great time here, the place was quite clean and the staff was perfect - very knowledgeable and efficient.

we got a room with a bidet.

Location just off the brilliant Isso restaurant, Bentota, and the main sites. For tea or coffee visit Raxawa Tea Lounge nearby.

The breakfast here was delicious and had a good variety of fruits; the location is fantastic, close to all the attractions and the restaurant/terrace adds to the charm of the area.

The stay at this place was fantastic for a business trip, with clean and comfortable rooms, great attention to detail, and kind staff.

Convenient location near local train station, making transportation easy. Helpful and accommodating staff allowed us to store our bags and use a shower before our flight. Clean room with pleasant decor, free water and treats provided. Good facilities including TV, WiFi, and air conditioning. a satisfying stay in Sri Lanka.

the Residence, as it is called, is a no, thrills yet extremely clean and well, appointed business hotel. the double room, although a bit small, had a comfortable, enormous bed and a compact en, suite bathroom. the TV was superb, and there was a writing desk as well as amenities for making tea or coffee. the manager, Imran, was wonderfully open and friendly, always quick to respond to any need. the location of the hotel was also very convenient, surrounded by restaurants, shops, and prime real estate. Highly recommended. Cons: Nothing not to love! 😊.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location was perfect for exploring the city with ease. Being situated on a central street made it convenient to access various places of interest. Additionally, the staff's attention to detail was impeccable. From the friendly doormen to Mr. Imran's exceptional service, every member of the team made sure our stay was comfortable and memorable. The newly renovated rooms were a pleasant surprise, with bigger washrooms and comfortable beds. The strong air conditioning and reliable WiFi were also much appreciated.

While there were some minor inconveniences, such as the construction noise and the lack of a working power generator during the national power cuts, overall, this hotel provided a satisfactory experience.
